PIZZA HUT FRANCHISE IN ETHIOPIA
The company secured the franchise rights for Pizza Hut, marking a major milestone opening two branches in Addis Ababa.
MARCH 2020
COLD STONE CREAMERY LAUNCH
Belayab Foods signed an agreement with Kahala Brands to bring Cold Stone Creamery to the Ethiopian market.
MAY 2022
BURGER KING FRANCHISE IN ETHIOPIA
In collaboration with Restaurant Brands International (RBI), the company successfully introduced Burger King to Addis Ababa.
INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
Djibouti - Djibouti: launched all three brands (Pizza Hut, Burger King, Cold Stone).
Hargeisa - launched Pizza Hut.
PRESENT
GROWTH & EXPANSION
In Addis Ababa, Pizza Hut runs 10 outlets and Cold Stone Creamery 9 outlets, with 2 more of each set to open next year.
